Return & Refund Policy

At Purple Petals Inc, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of every piece we create. Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, we ask that you review this policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and embellishment are expected and are not considered defects.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Final sale or discounted items

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
