Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carriers or customs are outside our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

4. Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free standard shipping is available on orders over a qualifying amount (see checkout for current threshold).

5. International Shipping At this time, we may ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages Purple Petals Inc is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can work with the carrier on your behalf.

7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
